No Hub draft is loaded. Gray hint text in the fields is not an article.
Same field layout as New post in Blog admin. The normal path is Approve in SEOCC — the Hub then receives Blog Post + LinkedIn Carousel automatically. Use Load latest SEOCC blog to review marketing copy here (claim IDs and Provenance stay in SEOCC Evidence and are stripped from the body). See draft shows the public layout; the same button becomes Edit draft to return to the form. Publish to Blog is the submit — Post form does not go live. If that slug already exists on the Blog, Hub updates the live post instead of creating a second one. Production website is the current Blog target. Delete draft asks why and tells SEOCC Calendar the piece was not posted; the article stays in Create so you can edit and Publish again. Clear form empties these fields only; it does not change www. Gray hint text in empty fields is not a draft.
